I provide custom-designed, results-oriented, structured lessons that focus on solidifying your fundamentals and improving functional body movement. Whether you're new to the game, a social player or a fierce competitor, each lesson is tailored to help you achieve your personal objectives.

* 25 years of experience in Racquetball and Tennis

* 5 years of experience in Pickleball

Functional Body Movement

Key Aspects of Functional Movement at The Cooper Institute

  • Injury Prevention: Functional training addresses movement imbalances and limitations, reducing the risk of injury in daily activities.
  • Daily Life Application: It simulates real-world movements (e.g., lifting, bending, squatting) to make everyday tasks easier and more efficient.
  • Comprehensive Health: Beyond fitness, it enhances coordination, flexibility, and overall physical capacity.
  • Evidence-Based Assessment: The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is used to identify limitations, specifically in seven areas like lunging, squatting, and shoulder mobility.
  • Adaptability: It is designed for all ages, with modifications for older adults to maintain functional capacity and reduce falls
